Rule 81
Personal records management and attendance arrangements

(1) The employer shall keep a record of the name, address, family details, citizenship, contact phone number, email and other personal details that the employer deems necessary of each worker working under him.
(2) If there is any change in the details as per sub-rule (1), it shall be the duty of the concerned worker to inform the employer as soon as possible.
(3) The employer shall keep the record of wages and attendance paid to the workers for at least five years.
